**The property has air conditioning on the main floor, lower level is generally cool on its own in the evenings when the sun is away. If you are sensitive to heat, please request fans prior to booking.
The road leading to the property is not fully paved, if you arrive after sunset keep an eye out for wildlife. **
**Snow removal is done within 24 hours after storms with over 5 cm of snow. Shovel and salt are provided for your use during your stay.**
Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID, agreement to rental contract, and security deposit that could go up to 1500$). This needs to be done prior to receiving your guest guide and access codes to the property. Access codes will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival.
A refundable security deposit ,is required to protect both property and your stay; it ensures efficient resolution of potential claims, and, if no issues arise, the deposit is fully refunded within 7 days post-checkout.

The base price offered is for 6 persons. There is an extra fee for every additional person.
The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.
If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $ 70 per person/ per day will apply automatically. To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay.
Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
