Welcome to our lake house! Our house is situated at the end of a private road, nestled between woods on two sides, with a large lawn leading to private Bronson Lake. Our dock is the perfect spot to sit and relax, fish, swim, or launch your boat. Our pedal boat and kayaks are also available to use on the lake. This is a great house for family gatherings, with an 8 foot picnic table, patio and fire pit, and wood lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the lake. All-sports Bronson Lake has great fishing, with pike, bass, blue gill, perch and muskie.
The large front deck leads to the living room and kitchen where the open floor plan provides ample room for gatherings. Upstairs, you'll notice the charming high wood beam ceilings. The master bedroom has a queen bed, balcony with lake view, and door with steps leading to the wooded backyard. The second bedroom enjoys a large lakefront view and has a full-twin bunk bed with lots of extra floor space. The third bedroom has two windows to the woods, making it a cozy tree house room. There is a full bath on the upper level near the bedrooms, and a half bath with laundry on the main entry level. Besides the three bedrooms, the living room sofa folds out, offering more sleeping room for guests.
Highlights of our charming lake house include the excellent condition of the inside of the home, the beautiful woods surrounding the property, and the large front yard that leads directly to the lake. Without having to leave the property, you can swim, fish, and launch your boat from the front yard and enjoy beautiful private Bronson Lake. We can't wait to share our home with your family!
Please note: There is no driveway or street parking and a limit of two cars. The gravel and dirt private road that leads from the main road to our house is on a hill. During the winter months depending on how much snow/ice is on the ground, you may need 4 wheel drive/all wheel drive or just a good set of snow tires to get up the hill. If there is no snow or ice on the ground, getting up the hill is generally not a problem.
