Positive: The property is in old Lagos area close to all the amenities, including several good restaurants and short walk to Lagos marina(including any boat trips) and beaches. The property itself is on second floor of a 3 story building (most in the neighbourhood are similar) and the interior appeared to be recently renovated and tastefully decorated as shown in the photos. It also has couple of small balconies to have a few drinks/dinner while enjoying the sunset and view of the distance beach(narrow street view). We enjoyed the beds, very comfy and AC in all rooms including the living room. Kids enjoyed the Disney+ that was included. It was the most spacious two bedroom apartment that we stayed in whole of Portugal and had all the amenities. We even did a bit of cooking and some condiments are provided in the kitchen, there is a grocery store(Pingo Doce) within about 10 minutes walk. Great hosts, were always available via phone or WhatsApp to assist as needed.
Negative: If you are driving, need to look at the Google maps aerial view to understand the road layouts as most of the streets in the old town area are narrow, one-way and turns comes too sooner than you would expect. Parking is not included but there are several shared parking areas close-by(free) and hosts did provide us with detailed instructions on when/where to park and we figured how to manage it after the first night.
