Summary: Could use some updating, especially the carpeting. Dining, gas is about 20-30 minute drive, depending on what you're looking for. Unit had not been cleaned when we arrived (we understood cleaner had a personal emergency). Owner made it right within an hour. Quiet and peaceful occupancy.
