Charming 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath house in Downtown Pflugerville. Close to Austin, only a 15-minute drive to the Domain and 25 minutes to Downtown/South Austin.
Enjoy the beautiful, historic touches and mid-century updates this house has to offer and find the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience.
Walking into the house, you are welcomed by a cozy living room with beautiful light shining through and plenty of entertainment with a Smart TV, board games, and books. The first floor offers a relaxing primary bedroom, expansive well-appointed kitchen with breakfast bar, and a separated dining room to gather around. It also has two recently updated bathrooms with gorgeous, Instagram-worthy wallpaper. Upstairs is a huge living space with a full bed and reading nook on one side, and a twin day bed (with trundled 2nd twin) and big closet space on the other. This space has it's own mini split air-conditioner and heater so you can control the temperature.
And don't forget about the outside! Rocking chairs on the porch overlook all the native Texas plants in the front. The back yard is the perfect entertaining space with a massive deck, outside table, cantilever umbrella, and gas grill. The back yard is fully fenced in, graveled off the house with a large grassy area and multiple shade trees.

Summary: I stayed here as I was in Austin for work and it was perfect. The place is so clean and has everything you need. I enjoyed walking to get coffee every morning and there are even a couple bars close by for an evening night cap. I felt very comfortable in the neighborhood and its charm is hard to beat. The house was so cozy! This place is perfect for a small family or remote workers! I will definitely book again.
