Fully Furnished Charming brick home in great neighborhood, centrally located, close to Love Field, Tollway and Interstates 35E and 635. Good shopping and restaurants nearby. Two bedrooms with queen beds, one bath, with office/den. Dishes, cooking utensils, towels and sheets, are provided. Updated Kitchen with wet bar and bath with marble and granite. Lots of windows and light. French doors from kitchen open to large deck and fenced yard full of beautiful mature trees. Small dog door from kitchen to yard. Dog subject to approval by landlord (to be discussed). Must be under 40 lbs. Garage holds one car and lots of stuff. Additional parking in driveway. All appliances, washer/dryer, outdoor gas grill, two HD TVs included with streaming and local tv channel. House has High speed fiber WiFi, monitored alarm system and lawn service. NO SMOKING or parties allowed on property. 31 day minimum booking. Unfortunately, I am unable to offer discounts for longer-term stays. The cleaning fee is for a deep clean upon your departure. Summary: Donna has everything you could imagine in her home. No need to bring anything. The highlight of the stay was our 3 dogs trying to catch squirrels in the backyard on a daily basis. This was so entertaining to our 3 Jack Russell dogs. Neighborhood is quiet. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay.
