The house has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, distributed over 2 levels and a basement. All rooms, kitchen and bathrooms have been fully renovated. The first level has a master bedroom with kingsize bed in suite with a bathroom, a junior bedroom in suite with a bathroom and two bedrooms sharing a third bathroom. The kitchen has two dishwashers, a wine cooler, refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, coffee and expresso machine. The first level has also a laundry room, garage and and a fourth bathroom. The second level has two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The basement is fully renovated and has an additional bathroom. Additonal amenities are a basketball hoop and a trampolin.
The house is located on beautiful Fox Hollow drive which leads to peaceful walks in the East Quogue and Quigue villages. There is a Sportime club nearby with over 30 tennis courts that can arrange lessons or doubles games with players at your level. You can reach beautiful quiet open ocean beaches by a relaxed bike ride (20 min) or drive (5 min) through Quogue mansions area. Or sail, canoe or windsurf at nearby Shinnecock or Peconic Bays (5-15 min drive). Enjoy hiking and birdwatching at nearby Quogue wildlife reserve, with children's Zoo and Nature
museum. Or spend an afternoon visiting the North fork wineries, located only 15 min away. There are several golf courses within a 30 min driving radius.
