The Space:
Upon walking in, you'll be greeted with bright natural light and an open floor plan! The main floor features a welcoming sitting room, a dining area for 6, and a well-appointed kitchen. On this level, you'll discover the primary bedroom, a remodeled bathroom, and a thoughtfully designed office space w/ sleeper futon. Descend to the lower level, where two inviting guest bedrooms, an additional bath, and a spacious living room await your presence. Our residence features modern conveniences, including a fully stocked kitchen, an office equipped with a printer, and a conveniently located laundry room. Our fenced in backyard is spacious and private and features outdoor dining & lounge seating.
Conveniently located, we are a great launching point for the mountains and the heart of Denver. There are some great places within walking distance too!

- Red Rocks Amphitheater 20 minutes
- Breckenridge about an hour and a half (with no traffic)!

Getting Around:
We are close to RTD and have quite a few options in walking distance but we do recommend renting a car for exploring the greater Denver area.
Other Things to Note:
THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY.
Dogs are allowed. We charge a $100 non-refundable pet accommodation fare during your stay. Please inquire about multiple pets, a multiple month stay, or if you are traveling with cats.
We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10:00 PM and ask that you please respect the neighbors. We ask that any socializing after 10:00 PM be done in the comforts of our spacious home and not outside.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
