This fully renovated Del Ray bungalow is the perfect city retreat. While it is just blocks from the main Avenue, allowing visitors close proximity to all the coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and public transportation, the house sits across from the peaceful Mount Jefferson Park and Greenway. One can spend the morning sipping coffee on the spacious screened in back porch listening to the birds, or for those who prefer to socialize, sit on front porch visiting with neighbors. There is off street parking and a fully fenced backyard and garage. Renters have access to bikes, charcoal grill, and plenty of storage.
This beautifully furnished home has a contemporary vibe. It is an open kitchen/family room concept with a gas fireplace, television, and a wet bar with a wine cooler and beverage fridge. Summary: Beautiful Updated and Welcoming Home- Great location for everything.(DC,Mt Vernon,Old Town and The airport). Cute eateries close (in walking distance). The porches are delightful for conversation,sharing a bottle of wine or napping and the neighborhood very quiet. Found our perfect place next time we are in DC!!
