Our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, 2 car garage home features countless upgrades and is decorator/luxury furnished. Offering UPGRADED KITCHEN with modern white shaker cabinetry, with up & down lighting, glass subway backsplash, crown molding, extra cabinetry that was added to include a built-in pantry, quartz countertops, and top of the line appliances. We spared no expense setting up our kitchen with quality cookware and accessories. 2.5 luxurious bathrooms with quartz surfaces, elegant fixtures along with dual vanities and stand alone tub in the master. It also boasts an upgraded, larger, frameless glass shower door with floor to ceiling tiles. Notable features include tile on the diagonal throughout main living areas and study plus new LVT flooring in all 3 bedrooms. Brand new Maytag washer and dryer. The split bedroom floorplan is further enhanced by a private den/home office with French doors. The master suite offers two spacious walk-in closets. The two guest bedrooms also have walk-in closets. There are 75 inch TVs in the Livingroom and the Den as well as a 65 inch TV in the Master Bedroom. It still looks and feels brand new! It offers 2242 sf. of living.
This is our winter residence and not a typical rental home.

We are 15 minutes to downtown Fort Myers, 25 minutes to Fort Myers Beach, 30 minutes to downtown Naples and Naples beach and 40 minutes to Marco Island. Close to great attractions like Barbara B. Mann Concert Hall for live music and theatre, the Red Sox spring training, Marina Bay is surrounded by gorgeous parks, medical facilities and everyday conveniences such as banks and salons.
