Charming, 1920's original Craftsman home in excellent, central location. Walk two blocks to downtown shopping and restaurants. The property has 98 walk score. Guests who stay with us rarely touch their car when staying - everything is walking distance . Enjoy a glass of wine on the front covered porch. Then walk into town for dinner at one of many foodie-approved restaurants. Wake up to a morning jog or walk on the beach. Note: This IS a downtown location and street noise has to be expected even late evening/ night hours. Brand new remodeled bathroom, brand new AC system, WiFi/internet Access, NO TV.
Max four guests. NO sleeping on couches, NO exceptions. Violators are charged $100 per incident.NO bikes inside the house.
The house is located two blocks (walking score 98) to the hub of shopping on State Street. Home is sunny, airy, featuring original douglas fir floors throughout. Brand new remodeled Jack and Jill bathroom with radiant heated (NUHeat ) floors, for that comfy bare foot experience.
We do require a 3-night minimum on certain holidays/special events, such as 4th. of July, The California Wine Festival (July 20+21), Spanish Days (Aug 3.4), X-Mas etc.
