Oakland’s is located in the heart of Staverton village. The cottage has been lovingly and sympathetically renovated and still retains many original features. On the ground floor the property has an open plan kitchen and dining area, a large lounge, downstairs wc with washing machine and tumble drier as well as a separate snug area. Upstairs the property has 4 bedrooms, 2 with ensuite plus a separate bathroom. Outside there is a large lawned and patio area with garden furniture and BBQ area.
