Summary: We were in D106 for 10.5 days. Vacasa was very good about sending us instructions, and the place was as advertised. Nice furniture, in decent shape (although not recently renovated), nice kitchen with new stove & microwave. A/c units in both the bedroom and living room, and what looked to be a heat pump in the process of being installed. Plenty of linens for the pullout couch, where I slept, and the usual amenities. Used the shower in the master bathroom, which was good; there is a small shower in the bathroom off the living room. Some minor quibbles: — The cleaning products used had a strong scent and took some time to dissipate. — Unlike a rent-by-owner setup, there were no shared spices, oil or the like — just a bit of salt and some coffee filters. Although we brought some things (like detergent for the washer) we ended up buying salt & pepper, oil & a couple other spices there (which we left behind for the next guests). I’d bring those with you, along with some dish detergent; dishwasher pods were provided. — Could probably use a couple of small pots; lots of big pans but nothing you could easily cook rice in. For the price, an excellent value! Maui Kameole is about as close to Wailea Ekahi as you can get anywhere. Would definitely rent this unit again!!!
