Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Summary: The condo was in a great location. Within walking distance of the beach and the boardwalk. It was well stocked with everything. The beds were comfortable. Upon arriving the condo appeared clean but discovered it wasn’t as clean as I initially thought. I understand it is the end of the season and the condo has probably been booked repeatedly. The living room furniture and rug were dirty and smelled. The pillows on the sofa were dirty. I travel with my dog and because she sheds I bring a swiffer mop to keep the place clean. The first swipe thru of the entire condo concerned me as I used three swifter cloths and they were very dirty. The ceiling fan in the bedroom is very dusty as well as the hanging lights. There was also a group of young people that were staying on the 3rd level that were constantly smoking weed on the deck. The yard was a bit overgrown and there was trash and dog poop that hadn't been cleaned up.
