Now a luxury villa is an over 140 years old chestnut mill renovated with a charming stylish decor is located in Tuscan hills. It has a large garden suitable for outdoor activities with available badminton and volleyball nets, soccer field, petang, 4 bikes and a fire pit for grilling. Perfect location for the ones loving an unspoiled nature and greenery but within very short proximity to Barga, one of the most beautiful small towns in Italy.
This newly refurbished house is perfect for 6 people. In a beautiful and very quiet valley the house offers 3 bedrooms each with private bathroom, living room with a fire place, a fully equipped kitchen and an Italian Forno/ pizza oven that can be used to bake various cakes and meals to experience traditional Italian way of cooking. Spacious dining area with glass windows allow breathtaking view to the wild greenery and is expanded to a balcony for morning coffee, sunbathing or just enjoyment of the view.
The property area is half a hectare and offers many sport activities which can be concluded by an outside shower warmed up by the sun. The next door trout river allows fishing and water fun activities. With very pleasant temperatures in summer the valley is a fantastic alternative to overheated nearby cities. Please note that in high season / July and August the property is only available for 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.
