Charming country carriage house apartment on 3 acres. You can relax and enjoy the 1800’s fully renovated carriage house apartment. There is a spacious bedroom with Queen bed, large kitchen with all amenities, living room/dining area. The dining table seats four. There is a queen sleeper/sofa and a twin sofa bed. There is a full bathroom with washer/drier. WiFi and TV are also included. There are original wide pine boards throughout. There is a beautiful barn kitchen on the premises that can be used if arranged ahead of time. Farmhouse table in barn seats 12. You can relax by the fire pit at night. The farm boasts beautiful flowers, fields, and a 90 foot historical barn. A charming view from all windows. In summer we are 10 minutes to NH Seacoast beaches. In winter we are 1-2 hours to most major ski areas. The grounds are perfect for snow shoeing as well. We are less than 1 mile to Appplecrest Farm where you can pick your own in season or enjoy farm to table meals at their bistro. Phillips Exeter Academy is within 10 minutes. We are close to many colleges and Universities including UNH, St. Anselm, University of New England, SNHU, and others. The town of Hampton has many great restaurants. We are 20 minutes to Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH. Boston, MA, Manchester, NH, and Portland, ME are all less than an hour away. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway or a convenient place to stay while visiting the area, this would be perfect. We have a very friendly lab that may greet you in the driveway upon arrival.
