The bungalow features a tankless hot water heater, and every room has floor to ceiling windows with blinds and room darkening curtains for your comfort. The bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans with remote controls. And because it is Texas, you have the luxury of a programmable thermostat to keep you cool (or warm, haha!) no matter what the season.
The newly remodeled kitchen has true mid-century vibe, with brand new Classic Retro appliances in a cool mint color, combined with EnergyStar efficiency for the best of both worlds! The sparkly quartz countertop blends perfectly with the marble and glass backsplash for upscale and whimsical fun. Under the cabinet lighting and recessed ceiling lights with a nightlight feature allow you to create any mood you want. With full place settings for ten and safe dishware for the littles, setting the table will be easy. Cooking and cleanup is a breeze with the gas range and oven, mixing bowls, Cuisinart knives, Calphalon pots and pans, silicone cooking utensils, disposal and dishwasher. Small appliances include:
