NO PARTIES/EVENTS: Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Our quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am. If an issue occurs that results in damage to the property and/or noise complaints, you will be fined accordingly. Thank you for being respectful to our neighbors.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. That includes vapes, e-cigs and any type of electronic cigarettes. If it is found that smoking occurred, you will be fined and charged for extra cleaning costs.
TAKE CARE OF FURNISHINGS, LINENS AND TOWELS: Any damages will result in a fee to cover the cost of repair or replacement. Please do not re-arrange furniture.
RESPECT CHECK IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES: In order for our home to be cleaned properly for you as well as our future guests, please respect our check-in time of 4:00PM EST and check-out time of 11:00AM EST. A late check-out will result in an additional $150 charge, unless prior arrangements are made with the host.
PET POLICY: No cats are allowed. A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted. There is a non-refundable pet fee (per pet). Please verify with us before confirming your reservation. You are responsible for your pet's actions and any damages they may cause. If extra cleaning is needed, you will be charged accordingly. If your pet is accustomed to being on the sofa or bed, please provide protective coverings. Pets are not allowed to stay on these surfaces without protection.
• Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.
