Charming three bedrooms, one office, two living rooms, two baths brick bungalow in downtown Boulder. Located in the historic Whittier neighborhood of Boulder, a ten to fifteen minute walk from the charming pedestrian shopping locale of Pearl Street. Beautiful yard with nice landscaping. Patio on the east side of the house outdoor patio table for four as well as two more chairs. Large backyard with a gas grill and a second table for four and two more lounge chairs.
The living room has a gas fireplace. Second living space downstairs flat screen TV with subscriptions to HBO, Netflixs, Hulu and Xbox. Large modern open well stocked kitchen with all the appliances for cooking. It has two person bar style seating. Dining area with a table for six, extra leafs are available upon request. There is an office space with a desk that is remote controlled for standing. The office great for working remotely.
This is in a quiet neighborhood and no gathers over six people in the house. Prices are firm. No animals. We do have a Ring doorbell security camera at the front door.
