Negative: There no written instructions on the equipment e.g, it took us a long time to discover how to turn on the water heater, how to gain entry to the pool, how to work the air conditioning, oven etc The outside furniture had not been set up and the patio areas cleaned Some basic items were missing eg no pegs for drying washing, no tin opener No essentials were available at the start eg small amount of washing up liquid, washing powder, milk etc There was only one front door key, and this proved difficult when we went out separately - another front door key would have been useful and even an outside key safe so that one could be left at the house. The TV did not work as the remote control is not working - the batteries are all corroded! The power lead had to be disconnected on the back of the tv to turn off. The WiFi signal is poor - it would help if the router is positioned so that the signal is not blocked by the fireplace and other electrical equipment (possibly on the shelf above)
