Enjoy the open floor plan with lots of natural light, a full kitchen, a living room and eat-in dining area, and access to a shared laundry room. Tastefully decorated, this home has that Florida coastal feel. Enjoy the spacious lanai or the large back deck where you can enjoy the Gulf breeze. The private rear fenced yard is perfect for relaxing or barbecuing in the evening after a fun day at the beach. Just a short (0.2 mile) walk across the bridge to a dip in the Gulf, the home is very well maintained.
This unit is the upper level of a duplex home. The backyard, laundry and parking are shared spaces with the lower unit. Each has its own private entrance. Depending upon availability, both units can be rented to accommodate larger groups.
Englewood is a 'hidden gem' in Florida and Manasota Key Beach is beautiful! Lots of great food, tiki bars, and a relaxing atmosphere surround the area. It's also not uncommon to run across a shark tooth washing up on the beach. And don't forget about shark tooth hunting! This area is known as the "Shark Tooth Capital of the World," and the beaches near The Starfish Inn are the perfect place to search for these ancient treasures. This will keep kids (and adults) occupied for hours. You can even take a guided tour to learn more about the history of these fascinating fossils around the area. Additionally, when you don’t feel like cooking, there are many local shops and restaurants within a few miles of the rental, giving you plenty of options to explore the area's local flavors or fresh seafood. Take a short drive down Manasota Key Rd. and enjoy fresh seafood at Lock and Key restaurant or enjoy live music and a drink at the Sandbar.
