Located 5 miles North of Montpellier and 15 miles from the mediterranean beaches, Villa Pratis is a beautiful 3200 sq ft Bastide sitting at the top of a hillside surrounded by pine trees, thyme, rosemary, lavender and vines... Build with all modern amenities, it blends with ancient materials, terracotta flooring tiles, etc. Bedrooms, leaving room and kitchen are all unusually roomy. The 35000 sq ft property covered with pine trees, olive trees and wild «garrigue» will give you a good taste of the southerners peaceful way of life, except for the cicatella which can be quite noisy during the hottest time of the day. In winter season, the heating floor system will keep you cosy inside, while during the hot summer season, the thick brick walls will keep you cool and fresh in the house. Outside, you will pick up your best spot, in the shade of the arbour, near the pool or on a quiet green lawn on the north side of the house.
