Make yourself at home in this welcoming studio Black Butte Ranch retreat, just a short walk to the Glaze Meadow Recreation Center where there is a year round indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi, and pickleball courts, tennis, basketball, bocce ball available. Bike paths to ride or walk the many miles around the ranch are right out back. This quaint bungalow features a comfortable king bed, WiFi, heating, AC, a washing machine & dryer and a small kitchen for your convenience. The kitchen has a refrigerator with top freezer, countertop oven, dishwasher, crockpot, instapot, blender and more. All shower products are available. Enjoy your time in Black Butte Ranch at our perfect bungalow. This 700sf 2003 addition onto our remodeled original ’70’s cabin is our home during most of the summers and over Thanksgiving. We have a private entry, private parking, outdoor deck with summer jacuzzi and locked doors, giving you privacy from family, friends or renters in the main house. Note that you will be enjoying the right wing of the home only. It’s possible people will be in the main home. I have poor pictures of our home and none of the interior, so will update this showing how cute and contemporary it is in this Casita, when I arrive back to Black Butte in May.
