Well-kept and pretty 2-room apartment with sea view (42m2), 5th Floor with elevator and balcony for max. 4 pers. WiFi, air conditioning, TV, very well equipped American kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob with oven, shower + hairdryer, extra toilet. Both for families with children from 2 years. as well as suitable for business travelers. In the bedroom you will find 2 single beds, a large sliding door cupboard and a comfortable desk and armchair. On the small south-facing balcony with sea view, 2 people can enjoy their coffee or a glass of champagne. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 slim people, a dining table with 4 armchairs and a reading corner with TV, CD's, WiFi and HiFi device. There is a spacious desk in the bedroom if you want to work. The reversible air conditioning system can be used both for cooling in summer and (in addition to 3 electric radiators) for heating in winter.
