He studied located on the front line of the quiet bay of Cala Llamp, very close to Puerto Andratx.
It has a communal pool and direct access to the sea for a swim.

Summary: This is indeed a charming apartment with an incredible view. It has all the facilities that you need but it is rather small. The bed takes up most of the room in the apartment and in consequence there is nowhere to sit or eat except on the wonderful terrace. This is not a problem if the weather is good but it would not be a pleasant place to stay if the weather was cool or wet. Cala Llamp is a pleasant residential area but there is currently (2018) a lot of building work going on there.
