Summer: Right across the property, you will have access to a beautiful beach on lake Peninsula, where you can BBQ, play volleyball, or simply enjoy the crystal-clear water. You can also canoe, boat, and catch fish through the summer months in the three lakes connected to each other around the property. There are several golf courses within a few kilometers of the property including the world class Grandview golf club. You can also simply walk to Deer Hurst resort to enjoy countless activities they offer (need to purchase a pass separeately) or play Golf in their Highlands court and have dinner in any of their restaurants in the evening. If you like fishing, there are several lakes nearby to catch different species of fish including yellow perch, lake trout, walleye, and Northern Pike. There is also a gas-connected machine available on the balcony for BBQing.

While staying at the cozy condo with a heated floor and two additional fireplaces (one Gas fireplace in the living room and one electric fireplace in the master bedroom), you can simply walk to the hill for skiing with pre-purchased pass while having your own ski locker at the condo. If you like ice fishing, there are several lakes nearby to enjoy your day in the frozen lakes. You can also skate on the 1.3km ice trail at Arrowhead Provincial park.
