Imagine waking up to direct ocean view & beautiful sunrises from this gorgeous high set Queenslander. All the original charm has been retained with glowing timber floors, stained glass windows and french doors opening out to the beachfront verandah.
All living is upstairs with formal and informal dining areas, kitchen, front verandah and three large bedrooms, including a charming master bedroom with ensuite/2 way bathroom and private access to the verandah.
For convenience a 2nd separate “loo with a view” is accessed directly from the front verandah.
The well-appointed kitchen is positioned perfectly to service the full width verandah - the ideal spot to relax or entertain all year round and absorb the breathtaking sea views. There is also a verandah BBQ.
The ground floor is home to your private elevated beachside pool, surrounded by a tiled deck and adjoining a small grassed area before stepping down to the sand. Relax on the deck chairs overlooking the Coral Sea, enjoy a sundowner beverage, take strolls along the beach or through the nature reserve opposite. This idyllic location has so much to offer!
Practical features include car accommodation with remote control access, full fencing , fully equipped laundry and split a/c.
The separate downstairs studio is separately let with a tenant who has separate access to the property from the street side only and does not impact on your total privacy. The pool, deck and beach access are for your exclusive use.
Only 10- 15 minutes to the CBD, Cairns Domestic and International Airports, this is a quaint coastal lifestyle community often referred to by locals as the “best kept secret in Cairns”.
