A comfy-cozy modern style home under 10 minutes away from IAH, 10 min from Deerbrook Mall, and a 10 min walk to Jesse H. Jones Park. 4 smart TVs 50”-65”, 4 queen beds, fully functional kitchen, 6-8 seater livingroom sectional, fenced in backyard, in-unit washer and dryer and more! Car is usually the best mode of transportation around here, and Ubers/Lyfts typically don’t run too high, especially to the airport ($8-$15). If you have a layover, check us out! ● Check in begins at 3 pm and check out is 10 am. Your door code will not work after 10 am on the day of check out
● You will have access to the entire home minus the garage.
● Street Parking is available and free. Please do not block the driveway.
● Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors or outdoors anywhere on the property including but not limited to the front porch and backyard. You must leave the premises to smoke. No illegal substances on premises. No tobacco products of any kind allowed on the premises. IF YOU CANNOT ADHERE TO THESE SMOKING/SUBSTANCE GUIDELINES, THIS HOME IS NOT FOR YOU. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED TO GUESTS TO FAIL TO FOLLOW THESE RULES AND MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
● No eating or drinking upstairs. Please keep food and drinks downstairs.
● Please clean the kitchen after you use it. If you need pantry or refrigerator space, just let us know and we’ll make space. Cleaning products are under the kitchen sink and in the laundry room.
● No shoes upstairs, please leave shoes by the front door.
● Please Lock the door upon arrival and exit of the home and keep the front door closed.
● This home is equipped with a security system. There is a doorbell camera, a smart lock, and two security cameras inside the home with one facing the front door and the other facing the back door. There are no cameras in any private areas or upstairs. Tampering with any security cameras or security devices will result in an immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.
● Please make an effort to conserve energy when possible. Please do not open windows when the ac/heater are on and make sure to turn off all lights when not in use. If the temperature in the home is too warm or cold, just let us know and we can adjust the thermostat accordingly.
● No events or gatherings unless authorized PRIOR TO BOOKING. No guests other than what are listed on your reservation are allowed without prior permission.
● Persons under the age of 12 must not operate the appliances unsupervised.
● Please don’t rearrange our furniture, it may scuff up walls.
● Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise between 11 pm and 7 am.
● Pets are welcome at our home with prior notice, and the pet fee of $50 must be paid in full PRIOR TO ARRIVAL; A $100 PENALTY ON TOP OF THE PET FEE WILL BE APPLIED PER ANIMAL IF BROUGHT ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT NOTICE AND/OR A PAID PET FEE. All animals MUST be supervised and not allowed to roam the home alone. If you are not home, the pet must go with you or be crated (crate not provided, you must bring your own).
