Summary: We stayed here for almost 6 months with a family of 4. The back yard is great for playing. The street is quiet enough that my kids could play outside without me worrying. The house itself is really functional - 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. You can walk to the magnificent Van Nuys park a block north, and can run over to Trader Joe's and the Fashion Square Mall. I'll miss that part a lot!The owner is really quick to communicate, and there is a local point of contact for additional fixes.We have a lot of fond memories while staying here, and I'm really glad we picked this house.
