Tranquil setting, yet close to Paris Landing and Buchanan Resort and walking distance to Sunset Bay Marina where you can launch your boat. Enjoy fishing from the dock or your boat on beautiful KY lake, canoe, kayak, go to Eiffel Tower kids park, splash pad, swimming pool, tennis and pickleball or go shopping in historic downtown Paris, TN on the square and home to the Worlds Largest Fish Fry! Plenty of parking for your vehicles, boat, jet ski, golf cart or ATV. Beautiful public golf course nearby. If you like to be low key you we have an amazing deck where you can enjoy a great book, or your favorite beverage sitting outside on the wrap around deck with two fire pits on the property. Cook your meals here in the kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee bar or go out and explore some of the great restaurants in the area..
