Positive: Location near to Dee Why & Nth Curl Curl was desired so this was good. 3 separate bedrooms was also required so this was ok too. The kitchen was clean & tidy as was the living area, bathroom & bedrooms. The area was fairly quiet.
Negative: The outside was VERY neglected. No mown lawns (unlike the promo photos), the driveway boundary bushes etc were badly in need of hacking back & some decent weeding required too. A water pressure blasting of all of the front of the house, the concrete porch & the roof for that matter would greatly help with 'first appearance'. Same for the backyard which also looked messy & rough. So, inside was clean & tidy; outside was crap. One of the bedroom door hinges was busted... omg, how did this happen?? And not yet repaired. The backdoors (sliding glass & screen barely slid; serious maintenance needed.
Summary: Not so good as 'value for money'
