Vacation in style with this wonderful condo in the highly sought after resort of Windsor Hills. We have a great selection of privately owned condos and townhouses available here, each designed with your vacation enjoyment in mind, and Del Boca Vista is a great example of that.
Competitively priced, this beautiful home offers fantastic value for money providing, as it does, tremendous resort style amenities, in a secure gated community. it has also been modified to make it handicap accessible with the light fittings all lower down for ease of use, and safety bars in the showers and tubs for extra safety.
This wonderful condo is called Del Boca Vista and is a 3 bedroom /2 bathroom ground floor unit in block number 6 of Windsor Hills. It has the larger floor plan so provides much more space, and is less than a one minute walk from the main clubhouse and pool area. Del Boca Vista enjoys a great location in the resort, and as you would expect, this lovely condo also comes extremely well equipped.
Del Boca Vista is decorated in soothing pastel shades throughout and has been tastefully furnished by the new owner, with everything in the home being brand new as of July 2018. Each room has been thoughtfully prepared with the themed children's bedroom boasting hand painted wall murals of both Disney and Marvel characters.
Tiled throughout, Del Boca Vista sleeps 8 people comfortably by virtue of the 2 sets of bunk beds in the larger bedroom, and though we do prefer to restrict occupancy to 6 to preserve the condition of the home, this condo can sleep 8 if required.
The bedrooms consist of 1 King size Master which has full en-suite facilities, the second room is a Queen bedroom, and the large third bedroom boasts the 2 sets of bunk beds. A second full bathroom serves these 2 bedrooms and is the larger of the 2 bathrooms which makes it ideal for those who may have physical disabilities.
Del Boca Vista also has a compact kitchen, spacious living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The main living area features a 50" wall mounted flat screen television, and please note that the home also has high speed wireless internet access as well, which is offered complimentary to all our guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped too with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and all the hand held appliances you would expect. All linens and towels are supplied for your stay in all our homes, with all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too.
A patio door from the living area leads onto a small balcony furnished with a table and chairs, and facing North East, you can enjoy the rising sun in the early morning while having breakfast on the patio from here.
Pictures of the Windsor Hills resort are mixed in with those of Del Boca Vista just to emphasize the real quality this community offers. Windsor Hills Resort;
This is Windsor Hills, perhaps the best resort in the Disney area, with top class amenities, and a resort that is firmly established as THE place to vacation for families of all sizes.
It is widely considered to be a premier resort and once you have stayed there you will see why!. 24 hour security, a very active clubhouse with a games room, small electronics arcade, several play areas, and a large community pool complete with a water slide!. With a basketball court, tennis courts, small putting area, and even a business center for those who have to work as well, this resort provides everything you could need.
The facilities in Windsor Hills are as good as anywhere in town and you won't have to break the bank to enjoy them. All Windsor Hills properties are located less than 10 minutes from Disney World, just one mile from the attraction-packed HWY 192, about 2.5 miles from the I-4, and 10 minutes from Celebration, Florida, the community designed and built by Disney.
Universal Studios-Orlando is about 25 minutes away, and Sea World about 20 minutes, traffic permitting. Kennedy Space Center is just over 75 minutes away, and in the other direction Clearwater Beach is about a 90 minute drive. There is a shuttle service available from here to all the major attractions and airports, though charges do apply.
For golfers there are several courses within easy reach of here too, including The Legends course at Orange Lake, just a 5 minute drive from this excellent community, and the beautiful course at Celebration, only 15 minutes away. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby too.
There really is no denying that the reputation this resort has earned over the last 10 years is well deserved and will ensure that Windsor Hills remains one of the top destinations for families for many years to come.

Early check in and late check out may be available for an additional fee if the home allows. Please ask for further details.
* We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are planning to stay within the next 30 days then full payment will be due at the time of booking to secure the home.
* Guests are not required to check in at our office in Celebration. You will be going straight to the property on arrival, and using a unique access code to gain entry. Your arrival pack, sent 5-7 days prior to arrival will have all this information, as well as the address, telephone number, and internet password for the property.
* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap and toilet tissue but guests are expected to purchase their own during their stay.
