Very bright, brand new kitchen, with quartz waterfall counter tops and spacious walk-in laundry room. Office space incorporated in the kitchen area. Enjoy spectacular views from cozy backyard, very private, with outside lounging, canoeing, dining, and BBQ. Less than 10 minutes to the beach, and close to many shops, restaurants and bars for a great evening out.
As you walk in through the private entrance you'll see straight through the beautiful Intracoastal water, and you'll immediately feel relaxed. Fully stocked kitchen, large 55" Smart TV in the living room. Full size laundry machines inside the unit. Fast WiFi and a lovely, peaceful vibe and view. One King bed, one Queen bed, outfitted with the latest luxury percale sheets will give you a restorative sleep every night.
When you wake up, grab a cup of coffee, and head out to the beautiful backyard and take in the views of the canal. If you'd like some beach time, you're just 10 mins to beautiful Pompano Beach. In the mood for a fun drink? Walk across the street to Briny Irish pub, a kitschy, maritime-themed sports bar offering traditional Irish fare, beer & cocktails. Not far from the house is also Wilton Manors, is the epicenter of the LGBTQ community, and it's tremendous fun to walk along Wilton Drive and just people watch. When you're done for the day, come back home and relax on the outdoor area and enjoy the view.
