Solar do Golfe 302 is a charming apartment of 90 m2 with 2 bedrooms, a terrace and a private garden. On the ground floor (easy to access), very bright and quiet. Possibility of stay for 4 people. Fully furnished, fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with bath / shower, sink and toilet - the other with shower, sink and toilet). Large terrace and garden with superb views and direct access to the pool, the well-kept gardens of the complex and the Pinhal Golf. Table / chairs in the garden to enjoy a beautiful view in an enchanting setting and the pleasant climate of Portugal. Apartment with its own parking space. Wireless Internet.
The "Solar do Golfe" complex is located in the "Old Village" district with its pleasant streets, delicious restaurants and supermarkets. A tourist train (stop at the exit of the complex), a taxi or a walk of 15 minutes on foot will take you to the fine sandy beaches, the "Praia da Marina" and "Praia da Falesia", to the Marina of Vilamoura and its yachts, casino, restaurants, bars and shops. A water park is a short drive from Vilamoura. Faro airport is 30 minutes by car or taxi (democratic price). It is not necessary to have a car.

Summary: The apartment has everything you need. The hosts gave excellent information regarding the amenities in the apartment and the local area.They also made contact during our stay to make sure everything was in order. The complex is very well maintained, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of sun loungers available. There are bars & restaurants in the Old Village just across the road within easy walking distance. Plus there is a small supermarket for essentials. The Marina is within walking distance if you are reasonably fit, but if less mobile the Ubers are plentiful and cheap & we also used them to go into Quarteria & shopping in Lidl. All in all an excellent apartment in an excellent location. We will certainly consider returning next year.
