COASTAL CHARM! This 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is filled with charm from the moment you walk through the front door established in 1938! The cottage sits in front of the main house, but the view of Lemon Bay is abundant from almost every window! Sit and enjoy your morning coffee on the screened lanai. The large table on the lanai seats 8 to enjoy dinner and watch the beautiful colors of the sunset over Lemon Bay. Dockage is only available to the main house, not the cottage.
The famous Stump Pass, the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve, the backwaters of the Beach State Park, and the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico, are all well-known for their excellent fisheries (among the very best in the nation).
