Old stone house from the XVIIth century, located in Castelló d'Empúries, the historic capital of the county of Empuries in medieval times. It was restored in 1970 and has been maintained by the owners over the years. Now prepared to accommodate 8 people, it is distributed on three floors. On the ground floor is an entrance hall, lounge with fireplace, dining room and kitchen with oven and microwave. On the first floor are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. The second floor consists of a games area and a further double bedroom and a small courtyard. Equipped with a washing machine and WiFi (July and August months). This charming house is located in a privileged area, just a few kilometers from a large number of cultural and sports activities, and surrounded by a unique natural environment (wild beaches and natural park Aiguamolls, St. Pere de Rodes, Cap de Creus, Cadaqués, Figueres, Pyrenees, etc.).
