We are a 5 minute drive to beaches, restaurants and dining, airport, seaports and downtown. We have excellent views, and you’ll love my place because it is spacious and very clean. This apt is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
Pets are allowed. We ask that you kindly clean up after your pet.
You will need a rental vehicle or taxi to get around. The public transportation is not reliable in this area.
We ask that you turn off the AC units when you are not on the premises. This helps to keep our stay prices low for our guests.

Summary: Most important to me, is the cleanliness. Snow white sheets and towels were exactly what you'd hope for. The kitchen, bath and living area were the same. The communication with the owners was also fantastic. We didn't use the pool, but it looked well-kept to me. Off street parking is also a plus. Anyone who's been to St. Thomas will appreciate this. The only gig I have is the front room A/C was on the fritz, but they were getting that taken care of. The A/C in the bedroom was perfect. A comfortable king-size bed, that's not wore out, was also a big plus. I would definitely rent this condo again.
