This property is an authentic log cabin. It has always been a SPORTSMAN'S LODGE. The appliances are all operational. This is the perfect location to use as 'base camp'. Especially if you are hunting, fishing, or enjoying other outdoor adventures in the Ozarks. It is straightforward. Window AC that cools the entire cabin in summer and Central Heat in winter.
This Cabin is NOT designed to be compared to the romantic 'anniversary get-away' cabins which can be found all around Eureka Springs.

NOTE \- The rate is based on 2 guests. Loft access is not available when booking for 2 people. Additional guests are $20 per person per night. (Enter the number of guests and your quote will reflect that quantity in the total price). Maximum of 8 Guests.

Pet Friendly – Direct approval required before booking. $18/pet/night (2 pets maximum/50 lbs or less) Must be crated or kenneled if left unattended and must be on a current veterinarian approved flea & tick treatment. Unauthorized Pets will result in a charge of $150 plus the required pet fee.

This Beaver lake front log cabin is the perfect retreat for families and the sportsman who enjoys fishing, hunting & swimming. You have plenty of parking and access to the lake.
You will love the authentic lodge style log cabin with a large stone fireplace in the living/dining great room. Vaulted pine ceilings and pine floors surround you with rustic charm. NOTE - This cabin does not have luxury finishes. This is an amazing location on the lake that is somewhat remote and perfect for those who love the outdoors. This is not a modern luxury cabin. There is no WiFi and no AT&T cell signal. Other carriers have limited signal at the cabin.
You will enter the cabin through the galley style kitchen which has plenty of counter top space for cooking up the days catch!
The kitchen leads into the dining area and great room. Down the hall in the center of the cabin you will find the master bedroom with king size bed, and the full bath with a tub & shower combo.
Upstairs is a large sleeping loft with two full size beds and one queen bed. There is a game table and a comfy reading chair as well. This loft is open to the great room below. (Loft is only available when booking for more than 2 guests).
A patio door in the dining area leads to the back deck which faces the lake. Sit in the porch swings and watch the sunrise over beautiful Beaver Lake!
Another patio door from the living area leads to the side yard and the fire pit area. Roast marshmallows under the stars as you relax into the night after a day of lake fun.
There is plenty of parking on both sides of this cabin. Access the lake via a pull through driveway which is located next to the driveway to the cabin. Enjoy your sportsman's paradise at the lake!
The Kings River and White River are also about 30 minutes away. Eureka Springs is only 18 minutes away, providing shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
Travel Tip - Midweek rates are lower than weekend rates - try adjusting your travel dates to view the best rates.
Note, the gravel Road to the cabin is not suitable for motorcycles and sports cars.
