For the summer season, rentals are 7 days Sunday to Sunday (no fighting Saturday traffic getting in and out).
This is a top floor oceanfront condo with views all the way down to Kiawah. There are 2 parts to the balcony, glass enclosed and open with access from the living room and master bedroom. The master bath has double sinks and a jacuzzi tub. The other bedrooms each have their own bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have queen beds and dressers and the 3rd has 2 twin beds. The living room had a 42 inch LCD TV with DVD and satellite. The unit has all appliances, central HVAC, a covered parking spot, dining for 6, and ceiling fans throughout. The elevator opens right in front of the entry door. A storage room is in the parking lot. Linens and towels are provided and there is a laundry room with a front loading washer/dryer set. Trash and recycling are in the parking lot.
Seacoast Villas is only 2 blocks from the restaurants, bars, shops, and pier. It is close to downtown Charleston, James Island County Park, and the municipal golf course. WIFI is provided. Smoking is allowed outside the unit only. No pets.
