Positive: Extremely quiet and private surrounded by serene greenery; slept 5+ people; 2 bathrooms; comfortable beds; separate living room and kitchen with all appliances and everything you need in a home; WiFi and tv; location 7 minutes from our student’s dorm; parking spot; very accommodating about our late arrival and request for extra blankets.
