Positive: Good communication. Key code easy to use. Location quiet. Parking 20 yards away. Kitchen well equipped. Great base for Robin Hood's Bay and Whitby.

Negative: Property not cleaned after previous guests. Issue resolved with both Booking.com and owners. Not ideal but, hey ho, nobody died. Not owner's fault.
