The first floor is an open room consisting of the kitchen, dining area and living room (with queen sleeper sofa). You'll also find a full bath on this level. The second floor offers a queen bedroom with a private deck that has unlimited views of the Assateague Channel! The second bedroom has two twin beds and you'll find another full bathroom upstairs as well. Come and see for yourself! (Waterfront areas, dock, pier and playground area pictured are public property/Memorial Park.)

Summary: Clean, comfortable, quiet rental with water views from the porch. If you’re a fisherman or woman this property offers plenty of dock space within a short walk from your front steps. Or if you’re like me, you can enjoy drinking coffee and watching your family fish from the comfort of the front porch or balcony. We also enjoyed our first fall roundup watching the ponies run across the marsh and then watching them at the coral. What a beautiful site! The beach is a few short minutes away and don’t forget to stop in at the lighthouse on your way in. We (family of 3) would definitely recommend booking here and if you are a larger family rent both units and have the whole house to yourself! Thank you Lea!
