Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, Changes in Attitude is a relaxing beachside vacation rental. Highlights of this 4BR/3.5BA duplex include a sparkling private pool and two breezy balconies. With an enviable locale just steps to the waves, enjoy blue-sky days at Surfside Beach. Take a short stroll to the iconic pier and eateries. LIVING AREA The living room features a large sectional, a plush love seat, and a 60” TV. Slide open the glass doors for direct access to the lower balcony. A sitting room is furnished with a love seat and a 32” flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING Whip up favorite recipes in the fully stocked kitchen, detailed with gleaming granite countertops and a suite of stainless steel appliances. When it is time to eat, share meals at the dining table for six or perch at the breakfast bar for four. BED & BATH This three-story duplex sleeps eight guests between the four bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with a 40” TV. Sleep soundly in the primary bedroom, appointed with an inviting king bed. Step out onto the private balcony for ocean views. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. Three guest bedrooms are each outfitted with a queen bed. The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, while the third and fourth bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides added convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Float in your private pool (5’ deep, unheated) or bask in the sunshine on the patio. Lounge on two private balconies -- one overlooks the pool and the other boasts peekaboo Atlantic views. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Parking is available for four vehicles in the driveway and carport. Your rental has complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer. Extras include an outdoor shower and a golf cart charging station (a golf cart is not provided).
