Chandelier House - Elegant 3,000 sq. ft. custom home has three Master bedrooms all with their own dedicated bathroom. Grand entry room showcases a tournament size pool table. Custom features include vaulted and coved ceilings, tile and granite, multiple access points to veranda, see through gas fireplace, and much more. Complete office set up with desk, computer, monitor, and printer. Handicap accessible with wide doorways and halls, sit down jacuzzi tub, huge shower, handrails in bathrooms, and just a lot of space everywhere. Located in the highly desired historic Santa Rita neighborhood. Near downtown and walking distance to the start of the 4-mile river walk and parks on the Concho River!
No shoes in house, no smoking, no pets, no noise neighbors can hear after 9:00pm, no burning of candles or incense.
