Positive: Our windowless subterranean room had a nice shower and our dog was welcome. Outstanding location, close to a ton of things in Bastia, including a large public parking garage.
Negative: All of the photos showed a terrace apartment, on arrival we were given a windowless subterranean room and were told we should have booked "the suite". Never had this issue before on Booking.com; felt very bait-and-switch. If it had been for more than 2 days I would have made other plans. Room was a bit musty and the door opened onto the street -- could not leave it open to air out the room.
Summary: Make sure you book the suite if you want the terrace...
