Spacious luxury chalet located in Seytroux for the Portes du Soleil ski area, only a 12 minute drive to nearest ski slopes and easy access to the main ski lifts in Lindaret leading to Avoriaz and Switzerland . The accomodation provides beautiful accomodation that maximises the unspoilt views of the valley. The open plan first floor has spectacular views in all directions and provides comfortable seating for all. All 5 bedrooms are ensuite: the TV room has a quality sofa bed for extra guests and it too has its own shower room . The chalet is strictly non smoking.
Seytroux is a traditional pretty Savoyarde village with a well regarded gastronomic restaurant . Not only 12 minutes to the nearest skiing and15 minutes to Morzine but within half an hour you can access the beautiful Abondance valley and ski area.
The chalet is designed as a family home so we ve made sure that you won’t want for anything. The kitchen is modern and provides everything a cook needs to cater for a large group. The appliances are high quality and include two full size NEFF ovens , plus a microwave combination oven , large induction hob, dishwasher , full size fridge freezer , wine fridge, Lavazza coffee machine and toaster.
The dining room is open plan to the kitchen and the large oak table provides seating for up to 12 people, with amazing views to accompany dinner. The lounge is double height and provides seating for all, with 3 sofas , all arranged around the contemporary log burning stove . The separate TV room has a 50" plasma TV, with local channels , a DVD player , an Xbox games console and a selection of DVDs. It also has a leather sofa that converts into a double bed. The 5 bedrooms are all ensuite , bedrooms 1 and 4 having baths in addition to showers . Each bedroom has storage, luxury bed linen and towels .
There is a boot room with storage for all ski paraphenalia.
A very large Supermarket exists a few minutes drive away and en route to the main ski areas.
