New contemporary cottage, located near the charming villages Esterel, Entrelacs, Chertsey between 2 major tourist attractions: Lanaudière and Laurentides front of lake (no motor) less than an hour from Montreal.
Spring / Summer: 6-seater SPA, Kayak, Pedalo, Swimming at the lake, Fishing (trout and catfish), Campfire, Hiking or activities at Ouareau or Arbraska Forest Regional Park, Dorwin Falls Park and La Source Spa in Rawdon, Esterel Golf Course, Quad, etc.
Autumn / Winter: SPA on site, Beautiful snowshoeing or cross-country skiing on the lake, Alpine skiing at Ski Garceau, La Réserve or Montcalm, La Source SPA or dog sled in Rawdon, mountain bike trails, etc.
Outside: A flat land in front of the lake. SPA 6 places 4 seasons and Corner outdoor fireplace with Adirondack chairs near the lake. Great Veranda to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with a good book early in the morning or afternoon!
On the ground floor with cathedral ceiling and open area we find:
Dining room with three-season veranda with BBQ area (propane gas, which works year-round). The kitchen, very modern, with quartz island, includes dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, Nespresso Inissia and Aeroccino coffee machine (bring your OriginalLine coffee capsules), drinking water from the well, baby high chair, etc.
Modular sofa with 1 sofa bed and a beautiful contemporary wood-burning fireplace for a cozy atmosphere. To be used during the winter period (Nov. to March).
1 bathroom with rain shower (towels are not provided).
1 closed bedroom with Queen bed.
On the ground garden: Living room with a large patio door facing the lake, modular sofa with 1 sofa bed in the TV corner, HD TV with BLUERAY player for DVD, Bluetooth speaker, Satellite TV, library corner and a babyfoot table .
1 bathroom with rain shower (towels are not provided).
2 closed bedrooms with Queen beds.
