Located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Morillon, 200 meters from the bottom of the slopes and the Morillon cable car, giving direct access to the Grand Massif ski area with its 265 km of slopes including Flaine, Samoens, Morillon and Les Carroz.
The chalet is located very close to Samoens and approximately 1 hour from Geneva, Annecy and Chamonix.
The chalet is also in the immediate vicinity of the village center and all its shops.
It consists of the chalet and a semi-detached and independent apartment.
