Chalet Eagle's Crest is our beautiful home in the sun of Carmel mid Valley.
Our guests often frequent weddings at Bernardus Winery, Holly Farms, Holman Ranch, Carmel Valley Ranch, Folktale Winery and many others. We are less than ten minutes from all these venues and 25 fun wine tasting rooms. We are under 5 miles from Carmel's numerous beaches!
Our listing is not a three-day listing. This is a month to month long rental property where all guests are screened. We are simply listed on this site to ensure we are seen as available for the dates you are requesting and will build a schedule around those dates that encompass thirty days. During that period, only the selected booking payee and his or her spouse or partner will have access for the 30 day contract upon 48-hour notice. And the remaining guests, whose names must be submitted for vetting, will be allowed on property for the requested dates you initially sought.
This is a unique property with a shared driveway and all visitors must be kind, polite and respectful of noise and neighbors in these uptight times.
No parties. No late-night meetings. No late-night rendezvous to the hot tub to play music and star gaze at the many forest lights adorning the redwood trees to the sky. As fun as that all sounds, we are a quiet property atop a beautiful forest and value our neighbors close-by.
My property offers a unique experience for a minimal price on a shared driveway where not all neighbors are supportive. Under the amended guidelines only, we are able to proceed in the most respectful way.
It's the perfect place to host your holiday get-a-way. Excite your family and friends with big windows and breathtaking views, lovely bedrooms and fantastic indoor and outdoor dining options. The kitchen is deluxe and ready to prepare delicious meals or uber out and dine on the town. Either way, this expansive home is well worth the experience.
Two fireplaces, living spaces and color scheme add to the romantic ambiance and with 2600+ square feet, it's the ideal four bedroom shangri-la.
The main level has: Kitchen, dining and living room, master and handicap bathrooms, a half bathroom, second, third and fourth bedrooms. Four kitchen counter seating encompass an open floor plan bringing the outside inside. The outdoor bbq, natural gas fire pit, huge wrap around deck with outdoor dining for eight are all inviting.
The hot tub can be accessed from both levels and is situated outside on hillside alcove. Outdoor motion sensor lights are plentiful everywhere. Instructions are labled everywhere for your ease and comfort.
Parking: Four car parking in lot and two car garage breeze-way per request only. EV charger is located in breeze-way.
Because of the properties unique design, it feels very private, even from the neighbors next door and below. We ask guests to respect our neighbors privacy by not being loud outside, not flying drones and by leaving a zero environmental footprint. We also request not playing loud music on outside deck. We do not do weddings nor parties here, but definitely intimate, low key gatherings with family and friends.

EXPANDING your group: We suggest Carmel Valley Ranch a mile down the road by car.
Pebble Beach Equestrian Center 831 624 2756 to reserve trail rides. Recommend the beach ride. Goes into the dunes and down by the Gingerbread House towards Seal Rock.
