This very luxury chalet is in the very best position in Sainte Foy, true ski in ski out with uninterrupted views of the Tarantaise Valley from the balcony & of the slopes from the kitchen window.The Chalet offers the most modern facilities and accommodates 8 to 12 people. You have your own sauna in this chalet! Every bedroom has its own private bathroom & underfloor heating. Pets are not allowed. Facilities Underneath the large roof the "Living " is situated with a TV, DVD and surround sound stereo installation incorporating I pod docking station, les arc radio & playstation 2. Around the open log fire there is a comfortable sitting area,logs are cut & stacked outside, there is a spacious dining area for 10 people. The luxury kitchen offers all modern comforts and a large array of kitchen & large fridge freezer. You will also find a cot and high chair & safety gated stairs in this chalet. In the bedroom on the first floor is built (height 1.50 m, underneath sloping roof) where 2 people can sleep. Especially children will find it a nice place to sleep. By making use of this extra space you can stay with 12 people in this chalet without having to sleep in the living room. Chalet Layout Ground Floor: 3 bedrooms (2 x 2 singles beds (90x 200), 1 x 2 single beds + bunkbeds)These can be made into doubles. 3 bathrooms (1 x bath, 2 x shower) 2 toilets, sauna/ski boot room with washing machine & tumble drier. First Floor: living with open kitchen, large balcony facing southwest (view piste + valley) bedroom (1 x double bed 140x200) bathroom (shower) toilet. Mezzanine: (above bedroom on the first floor) 2 single beds (90x200).
